  • The quantities and selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (we can assist you with this)

  • Ice requirements - important for cocktail making & keeping beverages extra cold

  • Hire of glassware (let us provide you with a quote)

  • A portable coolroom or a venue provided coolroom.

  • Wastage disposal (recycling bins, skip bins, rubbish bags etc) Check with your venue!

  • Power access for The Hive

ALL BOOKINGS WITH THE HIVE RECEIVE:

  • The Hive Caravan Bar - Fully equipped with service bar, fridges and commercial espresso machine

  • Experienced RSA approved bar service staff

  • Additional side bar.

  • Glassware if requested.

  • Assistance with beverage selections and quantities - We love to curate a wine & cocktail list - including suggestions from our favourite local Wineries & Breweries.

  • Glassware washing station - hidden at the back of our van, ensuring clean/polished glassware throughout your event.

  • Complimentary garnish for all cocktail choices.
