WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
The Hive Caravan bar is a ‘dry hire’ service - meaning you will need to provide all alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. We will also require ice on the day, the Hive team can help you with the amount required.
WHAT DOES THE HIVE DO?
The Hive provides a beverage service with a highly experienced team who serve your beverages. They can assist in all your beverage service needs, including consulting on amounts of alcohol and ice, and providing you with details on everything drinks!
The Hive is perfect for all events, including weddings, engagements, birthdays, private parties, corporate functions and community events.
WHERE ARE YOUR BASED?
We are based in Perth, Western Australia but we love hitting the road and regularly travel throughout Perth Metro and South West regions. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
WHAT DO YOU SERVE?
Beer, wine, cocktails, champagne, soft drink, mocktails and coffee... we serve what you love!
Let us help you curate a cocktail list! We have a core list of speciality cocktails however if you have something special in mind, we are happy to mix anything! Think espresso martini, margarita, mojito or a refreshing aperol spritz.
WHAT ABOUT TABLE SERVICE?
We love our little Caravan and all service is directly from the van itself. We will clear glassware from tables & keep your reception area tidy!
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE HIVE FINISHES SERVICE?
All leftover drinks are placed back in the coolroom or in esky’s provided by you.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
Simply get in touch through our contact form or email us with your event details. We'll provide a customised quote and guide you through the booking process. If you wish to proceed with the quote a 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date.
